We believe every good thing comes from above.

God intentionally created this earth and our bodies to work together in beautiful harmony. Because of that, we believe what we create should reflect the same design. Every ingredient we source, every drink we craft, and every detail we choose is guided by the desire to honor creation with the highest and most honest quality we can find.

There is no shortage of voices telling us what is healthy, what is clean, and what we should or should not consume. We simply believe that long before labels, ingredients lists, and passing trends, there was a garden. God designed creation to nourish creation. When approached with wisdom and balance, the things He made are enough. We trust that our bodies were designed according to His principles and naturally recognize what sustains them. Whatever is good for the soul is good for the body also.

That conviction reaches beyond what goes into our cups. It shapes how we serve people, how we gather, and why we started in the first place.

Zerna is inspired by the Russian word for seed.

A seed is where every harvest begins. It carries within it the potential for something far greater than itself. Not by chance, but because it was created with purpose. Given the right care, time, and conditions, what once seemed small becomes something that offers life, beauty, and fruit to others.

That is the picture we wanted our name to carry.

We believe the most meaningful things in life often begin the same way. A conversation over coffee. A familiar place where people gather. Small moments, returned to faithfully, become the rhythms that shape a life and strengthen a community.

Our logo reflects that same idea through the wrens, birds deeply rooted in Slavic folklore. They are known for carrying seeds from one place to another, quietly participating in the growth of something they may never fully see. We hope to do the same, to cultivate something lasting through simple acts of care, hospitality, and craftsmanship.
